On a d-35 backing plates..For some reason i can't find it...Could it be in the search, if it is i didn't see it..But i did break my glasses today

TIA

If ye be talking about the brake backing plate bolts, then Haynes says 32 fl lb, but not D35 specific.

***Book and Brain says 32, I originally typed 35!

FSM specs are on my site - click the link in my sig, go to the Tech Archives, and go forward from there.

I haven't broken them down into "assembly-specific" pages yet, so find your year (or close to yours,) and go from there.

Thank you, i'll go there now...I was looking at the site before, just didn't see it..Thank you again

Nice website--me likey!

I'm working on it! Just let me know if there's anything else I should add (as far as tech content or whatever...)

Note that any tech content will be added from factory literature only, which is why I've got some odd gaps in there. Specs are/will be added as I accumulate FSMs to cull them from, and I'm working on my collection (I'd eventually like to go all the way back to 1941...)

It's a side result of the research I'm doing for the books I'm working on as well.

Really great resource, thanks! Are these directly from the printed service books? I am surprised this information isn't more readily available/search-able online. Do you guys know of any other resources?

I am gearing up to do some work on an '88 Cherokee... do ya think I can use the info from the '89 you have listed?

Thanks,

TR
