98 Fuse Diagram

I got a 98 to use as a trail rig, and discovered the power windows & locks don't work. I suspect this is a fuse, but I don't have any info on what fuse it would be. I looked at the 2000 diagram and it indicated that they both had a CB that covered them, and that each door had it's own fuse.

Is the 2000 the same as the 1998?
