Fuse box removal!!! 2001 XJ

So I'm attempting to pull of the fusebox in the interior to run my new power seats to and I can't get this thing off. The top bolt is giving me a really hard time as I don't have the room. How do I get it off?

Well I finally got it off and what a waste of time. Can't wire it in to it.

Now I've got an issue after putting everything back together the XJ is stalling out with the AC on.
