welding and regearing

does anybody know of and good welding shops, or anyone who can help me out? my brother and i just put the T&T kit on my xj and i still need the unibody frame stiffiners welded on. and where can i get a zj knuckle conversion kit cheap? also i need some help regearing my difff's, i have no idea what im doing. thanx
