Fuel pump , Help

Ok, does this look right to you? Does this just use a stock fuel hose...This is the way i found it, i don't think you would use a fuel line for this..

then i have this pic..Looks like the line is kinked to me..

That is defenitly not how that hose is suppost to run. I just replaced the fuel pump on my 88 last week and my new pump included a new rubber line that was molded into a kind of "s" shape.

It looks like the fuel suppyl line comming off the the sending unit is bent, You need to realign the hard line and replace that hose with a high pressure rubber fuel line.
