So im thinking of getting a new rear bumper with a tire carrier any ideas?
Well i really want to try to find a rear bumper with a tire carrier that doesnt hurt my approach angles it seems to me that all of these bumpers i have found the tire sits low and hurts the approach angles
I might be wrong, but their xj bumpers all seem to only bolt to the stock mounting points. you want something that ties in to the frame rails too.
What about the Detours Tailbone? It's inexpensive compared to other options, and it looks damn good.

I'll tell you what, I just recieved the Rigidco Rmb today and this thing is sweeeeet! Solid mounting system (blows Detours out of the water) solid bumper, and the attention to detail is amazing. I'm not suprised seeing as how I researched a ton and I'm confident there's no other bumper out there like this.
Terry included all hardware, great instructions, and even included an upgrade to the factory nut strips.

Stay away from Nates4x4.com. hes cheaper and his products are of decent quality, but he is very slow, and he rarely answers the phone or answers emails. Iv been waiting 20+ weeks for my order to be completed. on the rare occasion he does reply to my emails, he just keeps giving me excuses.
spend alittle more money and get a better product in a reasonable amount of time. thats what I wish I did.
