Hey guys, i'm installing a rusty's airtube in a 94 XJ i recently got that had a homemade CAI that I'm not too fond of. The previous own just took out the airbox, left the lid in tied up with some wire and jammed a cone filter in the opening of the airtube under the lid. I got the Rusty's setup because I didn't want to drop several hundred on a custom kit like AEM for just a negligible difference in HP between the 2.
My question is, since the previous own took out the stock airbox and I need to use one of the old mounting studs to secure the Rusty's tube, what size nut fits on these mounting studs? I called Rusty's to see if they had it on file and no luck. anyone know off hand the size? Worse comes to worse I'll just hit the old junk yard. Thanks for any help.
