home built roof sliders

Hey Y'all
I am looking to all of you home fabrication type people for some help. I want to build a "top Hat" roof slider set up and was hoping some of you have built your own so i could copy your works. I need pictures of the drip rail clamps and any other good pictures of them on your rigs.
This is going on an 89 Laredo.

Here. Light and effective. Plates on the underside to bolt to and a buncha RTV to seal it up. Click images to enbiggen.

very nice never thought to just bolt it thru the jeep how does it look on the inside?

Can't see it since it's under the headliner. Doesn't leak. Very strong.

Love this idea, might have to do this and then mount the roof rack to it.

FYI, H.D. Offroad Engineering LLC is making a prototype set of roof sliders this week. Pics coming real soon.

So how is the headliner fastened down?
