i work at a NAPA store, and just got a flyer with some new part numbers. replacement coolant resevoirs are now available for the sealed systems. i ordered one in and it looks pretty beefy, it looks to be made of nylon or PTFE plastic, and seems pretty sturdy.

part #605-3404 goes for around $40
