I have a really wierd vibration. Arrives at 59 mph and stays through 70. If I coast to a stop -like an offramp- it barely does it. Under braking is there also.I have changed the following:
All TRE's
Track bar (JKS) all bolts are TIGHT
New tires balanced (tried rotating)
Axle Ujoints
I welcome suggestions.

Assuming your XJ is 4x4 and you have Full Time 4x4, does it happen when it is in 2 wheel drive?

it is 4x4 but I have a np231 so it is doing it in 2wd.

Pstar-
Removed front driveshaft today. Problem persists. Rear driveshaft has new ujoints.
Rt axle Ujoint new
Lt axle Ujoint tight yet.
Shocks are new
Tires new- 5k on them rebalanced 3 weeks a go.
Steering Stock, all new TRE's except rt outer.
No play in steering when cycling it in garage.
Tiny amount of play at steer box, same as my brothers xj - he has no issues.
Alignment exactly 1/8" toe
Lift 2.5"
Stock LCA's Castor corrected with shims (go jeep method)
I have a spare set of rotors, I may put them on Monday evening and demo that.

left u joint what?? may be the right outer TRE. Donno why you needed to correct castor but ok. May still be rear u joint, any sye? stock DL? side pics?

Lt frt axle Ujoint is still tight.
No movement in RT outer TRE when cycled
Caster corrected to ensure it's as close to perfect as possible
No SYE Rear axle Ujoints are 1 month old tight.
Vibration definitely in the front.
Tcase drop is from factory.

Right now I'm thinking it's LCA's

Dunno about you, but I replace all my u-joints together - i.e., Lt and Rt frnt axle u-joints. same with TRE. You watching that TRE while you're driving 59-70mph? Might be "stable" while you are sitting still, but could be vib @ speed.

are your LCA bushings trashed or what?

My son cylced the steering while I was hanging on to each component(it was parked :)
I'm thinking it's my LCA bushings but new LCA's are expensive so I'm doing all the cheap stuff first.

That's about where I am on the process of elimination. I just don't have the $$ right now to get them.
BTW I do have OEM LCA's I'd like a pair of IR off road ones but may have to go cheap for now.

Unit Bearings are checked regularly, nice and snug.
