I've got my flame suit on :laugh3:
Just got some new tires, 235/75/15 and the sag in the rear shows a lot more now.
I'd like to lift about one inch over stock, here's what I have and what I was thinking.
I'm putting a heavy front bumper and winch on the front so the front will probably sag a bit and the rear right now sags about an inch. I usually haul some tools and stuff with me so I'd also like to stiffin up the rear a little as well.
From what I read on this site, the add-a-leafs sag quite a bit after a little while so my thoughts are for lifting are 1.5 spacers for the front and 2 or maybe 2.5 inch add-a-leafs for the rear in hopes they will bring me about 1" over stock. I'd use the main leaf from another pack if that would work better but would rather just buy some full length leafs.
I guess my question is do the add-a-leafs just sag back down to adding no lift or do they retain a little?
And do you think I should drop the TC about a 1/4 of an inch?
