Master cylinder replacement

Today I almost got the jeep all put back together after replacing the clutch and slave cylinder. My question is do I have to replace the master cylinder at the same time or is that just a suggestion. I plan on replacing the line and the master cylinder eventually, but was just wondering if for some reason by not replacing everything at the same time it is going to damage something.

Thanks

I changed mine out when I did my slave...my thinking was they went in around the same time, seen just about the same amount of work the other is probably just about to go out on me. Plus I was already there.... good luck
