hard brake line upgrade,..

.Just purchased some longer extended front and rear brake lines and .was wondering if there is any advantage or option to upgrade to larger hard brake lines-The little puny stock one just don't seem to be adequate-TIA

You want the smallest line possible,brakes are about pressure not volume!

The stock 3/16 hard-lines are more than adequate for the calipers found on 1/2-ton and 3/4-ton trucks. No need to upgrade.

..Thanks all-Am learning so much here-I was just thinking if I ever moved up to some larger size tires+axle setup with this additional lift- I incorrectly thought earlier that some different size hard brake line might be a brakeing and stopping upgrade-I am going to looking and searching now at the archives on information about useing those larger Ford brake pumps out of a van or something-Thanks again for the prompt response.
