APN Header

I'm really considering ordering this thing very soon, but the price seems to good to be true. I've always heard you get what you pay for and I don't want to waste my money. I have yet to read any negative reviews on here, but the price just seems to low for the amount of quality it says its built to. Does anyone know who the manufacturer of this is? I'm trying to find out if this is the same company that builds for someone like Banks, Gibson, etc...
