Maxxis Bighorns Chunking

Well, after putting just over 5000 miles on my Bighorns this last trip, I must say that I am pretty happy with their performance on and off-road in pretty much any terrain I could throw at them.

The only problem I have is that I have a few lugs that look like this now:

I really didn't do any rock crawling this trip or anything like that......

Oh well, hopefully they don't get too bad. Anyone else seen this on the Bighorns?

How close was that lug to where you bent the rim?

i have a set of those in 32 11.5 15 flavor and they have been fine. wheel them with 15 to 17 psi in them and theyre fine

ive got the baja claws and same thing with mine. atleast one chunk out of each tire. it just shows that your actually wheelin.

well i dont know what to tell you then. i dont have any rocks where i live. and i guessing that most of my chunkin is due to stumps and roots that are under the mud.
