Classifieds for a used one. Also, there's a sticky up here that mentions the FSM and 1) don't post links to them online, and 2) a couple sources where you might find one legitimately. www.techauthority.com had mine, and I could order paper or CD-ROM versions. I believe the price is the same either way.

I got mine on ebay for 45 bucks shipped. It took my months to find one though...
