AC Noises? i think its dying.

When I run my AC it makes this weird gurgling noise that sounds like its coming from the glove box and every once in a while it will make a noise like a squeaky door opening; I really can't explain it any better than that but perhaps someone knows what I'm talking about...is it on its way out? I can see where its leaking oil on the compressor but just a tad. Any thoughts?

I don't know anything about AC so any info would be extremely appreciated! :eek:
