Hey, does anyone know a good place to combine great offroading (not stinking fireroads,the real thing) and some rafting/kayaking (not real extreme, just a little whitewater)? I'd like to find something within 500miles of San Diego. Moab's awesome but too dang far. Help please.

Salt River in Pheonix AZ...there are some pretty friggin gnarly trails around there!
