Squealing belt, water pump problem?

Belts squealing a lot, changed the belt seeing as it was glazed, same problem and saw some rubber on the waterpump pulley. I assume the water pump is one its way out, but usually they just leak. Never seen one half seize. Anything else i should look for?

Also, with my AC on, it squeals worse. Pulled AC relay, and when the efan turns on if squeals not as bad as with the ac, but worse than without anything. Belt is tensioned.

Check all your pulles for play with the belt off, repair if nessary. (You didn't say what engin I assume 4.0) for some reason the belts on these engins must be very tight to prevent them from squeeling.

Also check your harmonic balancer to see if it's starting to separate. They squeal badly when they do.
