WANTED 242 transfercase shifter linkage

I can't get my 2000 XJ 4Wd to work right. I adjusted the linkage but could not get it to go into 4lo, even with a pry bar at the T case. I need to check the fluid level but the fill plug is stripped. The linkage was a little bent so I think I should replace it. Any ideas?
