Weld two pieces of angle to plate to make a channel, mount that where you want it. I use a rachet strap to hold the tank in the channel.

Quick Side question: How many tires , let's say stock can a 20lb tank fill?

around 90 tires from 15 to 30psi witha 20lb. Save some weight and go with a 10. your leaf springs will thank you.
