What are they worth?

I've got a lead on a complete 2001 4.0 XJ engine for $750, or just the intake with t-body for $125. They have 44k miles on them. Is that high or low? I was thinking it sounded pretty good. I wasn't thinking about a Stoker Motor, however if it was a good engine to build from? What would be pro's and cons of this engine for a Stoker?

The intake manifold w/ TB is a steal at $125. I would pass on the engine though. It has the nasty cylinder head and shortblocks from the yard are $80.
