Time to replace the rear and found these for 20 bucks. Don't know if they're any good.

Also the place lists the part numbers for the front and rear as the same is this correct?

Well the OEM carries different part numbers, but they are the same accept for the connector. The Borg Warner 02 sensor your asking about I'm guessing is the Universal type so you splice just splice it to your original OEM connector.
