e-brake 8.25 to d44

Anyone know if its possible to take the emergency brake lines/cable off an 8.25 and use it on a D44?

The dana im swapping in off an 87 cherokee is short on the passenger side and long on the drivers side....

Any help please?

Yes, it should worked. I used the stock cables on my 2001 when I installed my D44.
