Parking brake woes

OK I have a 93 XJ 4.0 5 speed with 4 inches of lift in rear and 4.5 in front and need advice on my parking brake problem. the cables are so tight they stop my rear axel droop. Anyone care to share what ones they have been using?

Two Passenger side YJ cables, small peice of 8mm rod and connecting bolt to extend it over the rear driveshaft. bc the top of the yj cables are shorter, but the main cable will be plenty length
