for those who ask, or wonder, or think welded rears wont hold up.....this is how you do it

The back

note, the corners are welded to each other, and the gear is welded to the carrier, the top bad bottom gears are also welded to the carrier on the top (center pins to the carrier)

and the front

thats a piece of 1/4" plate, bent to fit, and welded in (completely welded all the way around) and RGD welded in, for Rigged, ofcourse

Not enough wire used.

The definition of spool comes from the fact that you must use a full 11 pound spool of welding wire to burn it in.

Better luck next time.

I want a spool for my 8.25 but i cannot find any one who makes one. and every one else says the 8.25 is too weak to weld.

If it is too weak to weld, then it is too weak for a spool. Essentially it is the same thing.

Also, 8.25, being a c-clip rear, you cannot enclose the center like shown about...you have to be able to install your axles right?

You can weld the rear of the 8.25 if you want mine is and you can weld it completly up like above by making or buying a c-clip eliminator.

nothing is imposible in a jeep!

You dont need C-clip eliminators,if welded correctly you can still remove the shafts.

D30...and I can still get the c-clip in and out.
