YJ/CJ soft doors on an XJ

remember seeing a thread with pics of someone who had done this with very little modification to the door, i think all that was changed was the latch so itd match up, can anyome verify this being possible/have pics/can recall the thread im talking about?

try the little area at the top on the tool bar called Search..........

Yeah, it didn't look too bad, but you need to use the old style handles on the doors, not the paddle style. Also, NO, the top piece of the soft door does not fit, already tried it- it sits WAY too low, and the front edge doesn't match the "A" pillar.
