lift vibes?

I just installed a 3" lift and I have some small vibes? Is it safe to drive like this on the highway? at least temporarily?

Depends on how small is small and how temporary is temporary. Vibes cause wear and wear amplifies vibes. If it does not hinder your ability to drive, then drive. But don't just "get used to it." Once the part that is vibrating gets bad enough it will start wearing other parts in the suspension and drivetrain. Once you notice it's "bad" a $25 tcase drop could become $500 in repairs.
