tranny takin a poop

well i think the old puegot is finally leavin at 186k. Im thinkin about doin the ax-15 conversion, i was wanting to know the aproximate cost of everything if i get some good deals. I know many people have done this, but exactly how hard is it im pretty technically inclined. I think i need a different t-case to do this correct? ny information would be appreciated.
