well - the 9" out of an f-100 is a grab bag as to spline count on the rear end - the f-150's all had 31 spline shafts, where *some* of the f-100's were 28, and some were 31... and 31 being the stronger of the two - makes it easier...
yea ranger Ive been reading up on hp44 swap and I really dont want to have to narrow somethin
and later down the line I NEED to be runnin fullsize.................
I figure if I got inchitis to the tune of 7.5 " two summers ago
that
my 33 mtr's wont last but one season then itll be 35' AGAIN :laugh3:
and if I ever run 35's again Itll be on fullsize axles
35's were just a bit to tippy for me at 60wms
just a note to anyone reading this
I started with a 2"BB as my first cherokee
and ended up with a a lot of lift and big tires
little bits at a time....EXPENSIVE ROUTE
basically Im thinking go balls to the wall and save my cash for a bigger motor
fabrication tools and exocage.............. eventually :wierd:
