LockRight Exploded

I noticed hard steering even in 2X4 mode with lockout hubs locked.
WTF...I thought!
I took everything apart only to find that all 4 litle pins(with little springs behind) that align both couplers of LockRight broken in half and wedged between couplers making it impossible to disengage.
I have not done any hard stuff att all, mid-range trails.
What is funny both LockRight and Lockout Hubs have gone bad approx the same time LOL.
Is it common to see those little pins fail like this, or it just weak link in LockRight?

All I know is it is an EXTREMELY weak link in the genuine gear quickloc. Two sets broke on me within 50 miles of street driving.

My reccomendation is a full locker.
