Not good, I think. . .

Well, the Wagoneer decided to stop running yesterday and came home on a tow truck. The timing chain had been making some noise for a while, so i figured it was that. Checked the rotor and it wasn't turning when cranked, so I pulled the valve cover to check if the rockers were moving pointing to a broken drive pin or gear on the distributor. Rockers aren't moving either so the chain must be gone. What worries me is that the rockers all seem to be at the same position, none are tilted more than others. The vehicle has set over night so I guess the lifters could have bled down so that it looked like this. Just looking for input as i try to hunt up a garage to handle the replacement of the chain.
