Broken shock mount on Axle.......

I've got a 98 XJ with 8.25 axle. I am putting on a 4.5" RE lift with OME shocks. When was attempting to take the old shock off the lower mount broke. The threads broke off (just the threaded part) of the lower shock mount on the axles (passenger side). What are my options?

Grind and drill untill you can fit a fatty bolt through there. Mine's lasted several years.

You can also buy a replacement stud at most auto parts stores,either bolt it up or weld it!

I believe its part # P-19 at NAPA. I use them in my shock hoop.
