No more power steering... any thoughts?

So while on the trail today, I noticed that I no longer had power steering, and I started to get a loud clanging noise when I turned the wheel.

I checked over everything that I know... nothing is hitting anything... nothing is bent.... no fluid leaking... nothing.

So, I'm assuming my steering box or steering pump died on me. (I guess it doesn't like 33's)

Any way to figure out which one has failed?

Any better aftermarket pumps/boxes I could get, instead of a new jeep part or maybe a used one out of a junk yard?

Any advice or experience with a similar situation would be great,
