Hello everyone. I am new to this forum. Been on CherokeeForum since 2009 though. I just purchased my 3rd XJ about a month ago. After test driving 4 or 5 that needed serious help, I found one about 100 miles from where I was at that drove fine minus a whine in the rear end. So i jumped on it because there aren't many to pick from here in Central Oregon. I am on about day 4 of doing the rear diff rebuild. Never even touched a diff before besides changing the oil so it's all new to me. I keep finding things thats wrong so I have pretty much Ordered everything minus the axle shafts. It also needs a new front main seal,oil filter adapter seal, valve cover gasket(lol). I sure do know how to pick em!
