Funky lighting

Hi all, tried to turn headlights on last night to no avail. When I pulled the knob, my dash illuminated my hazard lights and highbeams. I pulled on/off hazard lights for a bit and lights came on but dim. When using turn signals, no clicking sound just afformentioned illumination on dash of hazards and highbeams...

Found a burnt turn signal bulb, fixed that, and replaced the turn signal relay under dash. But when I changed the relay, it makes my turn signals stay solid on, no flashing.

Would this indicate wiring issue?

Check that all the headlight and turn signal ground connections and wire plugs are clean and snug. Failure of the headlight switch and the turn signal switch assembly are common.
