98 Xj coolant flush

I have a 98 Xj. I currently have it torn down to the head because I am doing a gasket swap. Tomorrow I will be putting the engine back together. This includes a new radiator, thermostat and water pump. I dont want all the old built up grime getting into the new parts because the previous owner did not change coolant. How can I flush the system before putting the Xj back together?

You can use air into the radiator house if you have a compressor. Do yourself a favor and consider replacing your freeze plugs now while it's apart and drained btw. Especially the one in the head.
