Dash & tail light help

Dustinsteven22

My tail lights and dash lights went out the other night when I was driving on the freeway. I thought it was the headlight switch and replaced it.

It didn't fix the problem. I checked the connections and grounds. Everything seems fine. What should I check next? Please help!!

Thank you

Dustin

you check fuses?

Dash & tail light help

Pull it out and see if the metal inside is still connected.

Under the hood fuse panel needs to be checked as well. Usually will blow one there and one under the dash. But an electrical tester and check all off them.

What did you figure out? I had the connections apart under the dash to do my steering column and now no dash or tail lights? What fuse does the dash lights?

Make sure you check the prongs on the fuse panel, where the fuss plugs in. I have this same problem, because the prong is broken and doesn't make contact with the fuse.
