I mostly hammered it, but cut a little bit that was not hammering...properly. :spin1:
We have salted roads here, too. I took little caution in my hammering and there is even an open spot to spray salt and water behind the rocker panels. Point being, even if you are careless with it, it takes a long time to have ill effects. At least in my case. I figure I'll just replace the rocker if or when it manifests.
