I have been looking for the ruber reducer on the breather on the back of my valve cover and cannot find it can someone help me out with a part number on it. Thank you in advance

The correct part can be purchased at Napa.
The part you want should be on the same page in their catalog as the parts below.
Renix Vacuum Harnesses
The vacuum harness that attaches to the front of the valve cover and includes the grommet/fitting, and is called the front harness, is Napa part number BK 715-1367
The vacuum harness that is closest to the air cleaner, EGR etc, and is called the rear harness, is Napa part number BK-715-1366.
The tube from the rear of the valve cover to the intake manifold is part number 715-1365.

Could sombody help me out? Is there an actual pcv/ccv "valve" that needs to be replaced or requires any maintainence??? Ive havent seen a definate answer. Any issues that may arrise for lack of maintainence? 96 xj HO

Carquest has the dorman rear line WITH the rubber grommet, or separate. I can get the PN for you if you want.
