I am an old CJ quy, so I am new to Cherokees. I have a nice 93 Grand Cherokee (ZJ) w/ 4.0 that has a rod knock. I have a rusted out 94 Cherokee (XJ) that has a good running 4.0. Myquestion is: Will the XJ motor bolt in the ZJ? I had 2 shops tell me that the motor mount holes in the blocks are different, so it will not work. Any one here know for sure?
