Chile Challenge

I know this is not So-Cal specific, but I am unsure where to post this.

Has anyone been to the Chile Challenge in New Mexico? Curious to know if it is worth the drive, and to see if anyone has any tips, tricks or advice. I found the website but there is not too much information there. I am most interested in how strict they are for the requirements to run the "extreme" trails (the 35" or bigger requirement). The pictures of the other trails seem pretty mild or am I missing something?
