i have pedals and everything I need including the flywheel, master/slave, clutch. The Trans is out of and 05 Rubi will bolt right up, but the Crank Positioning Sensor is 8 volt on that flywheel mine is a 5 volt on the Cherokee? that's where I don't know what I'm doing. I am not and will never claim to be a wiring guy!

I just converted my 98xj auto with the nsg370 from a 2005 rubi. To make it work, the flywheel has to be the same year/style as the ECU its going in.
If you are lucky, your flywheel has 3 sets of "grooves" around it. meaning you can use the CPS location on the NSG370. You have to use a CPS that came with the transmission. The midle wire goes with the middle wire of the CPS you just removed, the other 2, 50/50 chance. try one way, if it doesn't start, switch them.
Some things to watch for is how close to the floor the CPS will be in the XJ. I had to pound mine in about the size of my a kids fist (so it wouldn't break the CPS again).
The cross member needs to be either lowered 1 inch or modified to lower the transmission 1 inch.
Transfer case is clocked a little bit higher but that worked to my advantage.
Also, the transmission being larger, the exhaust had to be re-routed a little. Make sure you put heat shields around your exhaust. There is a reason why they are known to have early failures on the Wrangler. I ran mine under the belhousing area. The factory Wrangler runs it right under where the gear and oil is. It only holds 2 quarts of oil. You can imagine how quickly it would heat up on the trail.
If you want to know more or pictures, let me know. Its now my daily driver and in town its great. There is a right gear for any speed.
The cross member was seriously re-enforced inside. I had to cut it as well to clear the front drive shaft because of the extreme wheel travel. I banged it on the rocks a few times and it is still straight as can be.. Yeah. I rock..Crawl..
