Every time I take this thing to smog, something BREAKS! This time I get here, ready to run a smog test and what happens? Damn thing wont start! Key won't turn it over. The starter Spins when I hit the bolts with a screw driver, but the solenoid doesn't engage. WTF new starter!! Could this be a ground issue or is this a bad starter? I really expected the engine to Turn when I hit the bolts. I had the key set to the On position.
