01 Wiring Harness Questions

I have a wiring harness that came with the 2001 Jeep Cherokee engine I recently purchased. It is cut where it crosses through the firewall in 2 places. One place is on the passenger side of the vehicle and the other on the driver side. Both locations where the harness would pass through the firewall up high just a few inches below the hood. I have tried to look at wiring diagrams but haven't been able to determine what these wires feed. I have the plug that ties into the fuse box (interior side of firewall) and all the wiring in the engine bay to the ECM and fuse box in the engine bay but it is cut where it goes into the cab.

Any idea what these cut wires would lead to inside the cab? Thanks
