Torque Converter..?

Getting a weird noise..like a rumble inside the cab..I've been told the torque converter bolts sometimes are loose.I took off the access plate and Im gonna check them.How do I stop the plate from spinning while I tighten the bolts? There's not much room in there..Its kinda hard to get any leverage with a 15mm wrench.Anybody run into this?

Put a breaker bar on the main pully on the front of the engine. I just did this yesterday for the second time.

I've been searching for a while now, anyone have a pic or location of a pic of the inspection cover? Or a better thread? I've been through 8 pages so far, most deal with rebuilds and strokers. And I've read various torque settings. 2001 xj. Thanks.
