a huge tree branch fell on my hood, it speared the hood right near the cowl and now the hood is pushed down to where i cant upen it up beacuse it hits the cowl. any idea to fix thanks!
Get in the hole, and pull it back up? The hood is toast anyway, so a big pair of vice-grips, bite in, pull forward. How about Sawsall/sabresaw to weaken the sheetmetal, peel it back. Just don't pry against the plastic cowl vent, or you'll have to buy a hood and a vent.

X2, open that sucker like a tin can, since you already need a new hood. Throw a couple self tappers into the hood through a piece of scrap and yank it out till it clears again, unscrewing and removing the plastic cowl cover can also help you get a bit more clearance.
