If you have no underhood light you should have a spare plug awaiting it, so if it's not the winshield washer sensor, check for that. If it's the hood light, one terminal should be +12 volts all the time.

Washer fluid bottle is plugged in as is the under hood light. Maybe ABS sensor?

Okay so I'm thinking both plugs that were cut are for abs sensor plugs. Had abs but was taken out by PO.
