Need help with Warn 8274

Hi,

I recently aquired a rather used Warn 8274 in some parts trading. I hooked some jumper cables up and got it to pull in and out after jigling the switch wires on the solenoids.

Now, after making a set of cables, and building a bumper, I cannot make the solenoids work, even with jumping wires straight to the switch terminals.

I can replace the solnoids, but I'd like to know which termials on the winch motor need power to make it run. I'd just like make sure i'm not tossing money away and I can't buy a motor right now.

Any help is appreciated, I really like these old Warns and want to get this one running.
