im running a dana 30 front in my xj I did the u joint on the pass side and now im having issues with wheelbearings and the outer axle flops around like a dead fish can find any info on this problem and im getting sick of replacing wheelbearings every month need some info from the xj gurus please help

What size tires?What size wheels and what backspace are you running?

31x10.5 15 inch mtr's nothing huge not shure of the backspacing there mickey thompson racing rims

Just a thought; Did you make sure to relieve the "tension" to loosen and seat the u-joint correctly. It can get a bind.
Was it eating Unit Bearings before the joint change? -B

Are you using a torque wrench on the hub bearing nut? If not, start using it. They have to be torqued to factory specs. Too much or too little and the bearing will fail prematurely.
